We specialise only in the management of lymphoedema (Compression therapy, MLD compression garments & self management) and The Bowen Technique (including Myofascia Release and Kinesio Taping, Low level Light laser) and do not water down our expertise by offering a multitude of complementary therapies. 

Management of Lymphoedema We are fully Vodder trained CDT practitioner, able to treat clients with primary and secondary lymphoedema. Including Multi layer Bandaging and fitting of compression garments.  Don't forget lymphoedema does not necessarily have to be a chronic condition.  Simple swollen ankles is a mild form and can be treated without the need to use drugs.  Do your ankles swell up during the day and go down at night?  More than likely you have venous insufficiency, then we can help you.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD); a gentle technique which encourages the natural circulation of the lymph throughout the body. The lymph system depends on peristalsis and the movement of skeletal muscles to squeeze fluid through lymph ducts and vessels. 

Not to be confused with Lymphatic Massage.  MLD is a medically and Clinically proven technique. The initial lymph system starts 0.40-0.70mm below the skin (The bodies largest organ). Any heavy pressure simple squashes it.

MLD is used as part of the treatment for The Management of Lymphoedema, but is suitable for many other immune system conditions.  It also helpful for stroke recovery and pre and post operation to improve the immune response and reduce swelling.

Bowen Therapy; is a remedial body technique that comprises sequences of small gentle movements, each at a specific site on the body. There is no forceful manipulation, just a light cross-fibre manoeuvring of a muscle, tendon or ligament. Bowen is used to treat many different conditions is excellent for neck, back and joint pain, but also many other conditions respond well.  Please view our more detailed page on the right.

Low Level Light Therapy (LLLT); For use in the treatment of Lymphoedema, muscular conditions, joint pain and skin conditions including psoriasis and acne

We use the state of the art Thor laser systems for pain and the FDA approved Riancorp LTU-904 for reduction of lymphoedema

Kinesio Tape Used throughout the world (Beckham wears pink coloured tape) used for assisting the function of the lymphatic system and to improve muscle strain or muscle weekness recovery.
